White Queso Twice Baked Potatoes

Jar of white queso dip
sour cream
jal peppers
Velveeta Mexican cheese
grated mont. jack & pepper Jack cheese
real bacon bit pieces
salt & pepper

pierce 4 large potatoes with a fork several times. Place on rack in oven and cook for 1hr & half or until soft. Pour a jar of white queso dip, half block of Mexican Velveeta, half stick of butter, & salt & pepper(to taste) in a bowl. Melt in microwave until smooth. May need to add milk. When potatoes are cooked, slice them in half and scoop out the potato. Put in bowl with melted cheese mixture. Add sour cream and 1tablespoon of jalp pepper juice. Mix with a mixer ( I like it smooth nit lumpy) Fill the potato skins with mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese, bacon pieces & jalp peppers. Cook for about 10 minutes! It is spicy!!
